Ms. Golub concentrates her practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, foreclosure, and commercial reorganization, with a focus on workout and transactional matters. She regularly represents major financial institutions and private companies in the financial services industry both in State and Federal courts. Ms. Golub has also represented trustees, creditors’ committees and debtors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings, and successfully defended preference actions in bankruptcy cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Georgia, Florida, Maryland and California. In addition to her advocacy, Ms. Golub further serves as a Court appointed mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and for the Court of Common Pleas Pennsylvania.

Ms. Golub is currently a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference. Ms. Golub has lectured on selected topics regarding bankruptcy for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Eastern District Bankruptcy Conference, and has co-authored a primer on the Chapter 11 reorganization process. She holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has repeatedly received recognition as a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” since 2009.
